Signal Forge provides AI-powered operational and business automation tools delivered through a web-based SaaS platform. Services may include:

  • Transactional system notifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Email and SMS Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive:

  • Transactional emails (e.g., account verification, password reset, service updates)
  • Optional marketing emails if you opt in
  • Optional SMS communications if you opt in

For SMS, reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to SMS.

Users may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. We do not sell or purchase third-party email lists.

6. Payments

Paid features require valid payment information. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We may suspend access for non-payment.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and software are owned by Signal Forge and may not be copied without permission.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

Signal Forge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
